Vietnam Environmental Science and Development Institute is a science and technology organizations established by an individual and operating under the Law on Science and Technology, Decree 81/2002/NĐ-CP dated 17 October 2002 by the Government and other relevant documents, and subject to the administration of competent state bodies.
