Responsibilities of The Director
Director is the top leader of the Institute to assume overall responsibilities for the operations of the Institute.
- Making decisions on organization and staffing of the Institute; making decisions to appoint and dismiss members to the Scientific Council, Vice Directors and other members;
- Being responsible for navigating the scientific and engineering direction of the Institute;
- Complying with regulations set forth in the Science and Technology Law, the Press Law, the Publishing Law and relevant laws.
Responsibilities of Vice Director
Vice Director shall be appointed by the Director based on ability of management and professional skills of employees working for the Institute;
- Being subordinate to the Director to assist the Director in management and operation of the Institute;
- Exercising the rights and obligations allocated or authorized by the Director; being responsible for their own decisions before the Director.
Responsibilities of the Head of the Northern Branch
- Assisting the Director to manage the scientific, engineering and administrative operations of the Northern Branch;
- Reporting on a monthly basis to the leaders of the Institute about operations of the Northern Branch.
Responsibilities of the Head of the representative office in Central Vietnam
- Assisting the Director to manage the scientific, engineering and administrative operations of the representative office in Central Vietnam;
- Reporting on a monthly basis to the leaders of the Institute about operations of the representative office in Central Vietnam.
