Law No. 55/2014/QH13
Article 1. Scope of regulation
This Law provides activities of environmental protection; policies, measures and resources for environmental protection; rights, obligations and responsibilities of agencies, organizations, households and individuals in environmental protection
Article 2. Subjects of application
This Law applies to agencies, organizations, households and individuals in the territory of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, including its mainland, islands, sea areas and air space.
