QCVN 6-1:2010 / BYT

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. Scope
This regulation prescribes the criteria for food safety and management requirements for bottled natural mineral water and bottled water used for beverage purposes.
This regulation does not apply to functional foods.
1.2. Subjects of application
This regulation applies to:
a) Organizations and individuals importing, producing and trading of bottled natural mineral water and bottled water in Vietnam;
b) The organizations and individuals involved.
